John is a professional chef who has worked all his life running kitchens in great hotels. The pinnacle of his career was the six months he spent working in an hotel in Rome, Italy. Now he is retired from commercial catering living on the compound at Pumzika and is very happy to work with you, helping you in the kitchen or taking over and creating great meals. He is a master at home-made pasta and his Bouillabaisse is to die for. The cost of the chef and his assistant is included in the price and he will happily go to town and do any shopping you require.
